Please note that at present we do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
We aim to deliver your order 3 -10 working days from receipt. This timeframe is based on the goods being in stock at the time of ordering. Once the item is ready to be dispatched we will contact you via email.
As we use a courier service for delivery of items ordered from our website, once an order has been despatched and is in the hands of our courier service then delivery timescales cannot be 100% guaranteed as they are beyond our control and subject to local conditions.
Carriers also have differing size and weight restrictions so very occasionally some items may be too big to send to certain regions of the UK. If we find that shipping an item to your postcode entails logistical difficulties then we reserve the right to cancel the order; but we will only do this after discussing all other available options with you.
Carriers will only deliver to your door step. The service does not extend to bringing the delivery into your home, whether upstairs or down. Neither do they provide an unpacking service and therefore will not remove packaging.
On delivery, we ask you to check the consignment and sign a Proof of Delivery document. This document confirms that you have received your order in satisfactory condition and that there has been no damage to your property. Goods cannot be left unchecked. Any issues must be reported to customer services immediately.
Within the terms of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 all deliveries should be inspected at your earliest opportunity and any returns of unsuitable items to be reported to us within 14 days after the goods come into your physical possession. If the contract is a sales contract under which multiple goods are ordered by the consumer in one order but some are delivered on different days, the cancellation period ends at the end of 14 days after the day on which the last of the goods comes into your possession.

Some of our pieces are quite large so please take note of the dimensions stated on the individual product pages. Take due care to ensure that the item you wish to order will fit into your home on delivery. It is a customer?s responsibility to ensure that the dimensions are checked prior to order to ensure that there are no access issues.
To purchase the items in your basket and proceed with your order using our secure online purchasing facility, click on the "Checkout" button on the shopping basket screen. You will then be given the option to enter your email address and password if you are an existing user of the site, or you can choose to pay directly. You will then be transferred to our secure server provider PayPal] to complete your order.
You will be asked to provide certain information we need to enable us to process your order such as your preferred delivery address and payment details. It is your responsibility to provide us with sufficient information to process you order.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. This is not our acceptance of your order, merely confirmation that it has been received by us.
